Does the warm weather and sun put you in a summertime mood? This week Youth Beat goes to the Highland Youth Garden on Columbus' West Side. This 40-acre garden involves hundreds of children and is supported by Franklin County Extension, local schools, Freedom Schools, local churches, and community organizations.
