Morning Meditation

Your emotions are the key to living your best life. Right now, things are tense. We are in our homes or maybe working in a dangerous place, and the media is doing great informing us but also keeping the feeling of fear front and center. During this time of uncertainty, taking some time to reach for a higher emotion in each moment you can will go a long way. Fear can weaken your immune system and your health in general. Refocus, recenter, and allow moments of peace as much as you can.
