COLUMBUS METROPOLITAN HOUSING AUTHORITY WAITLIST AND LOTTERY

The Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority will begin taking applications for the Housing Choice Voucher program on September 8, 2015 using a new web-based application.

You can find a link to the application on CMHA’s website at www.cmhanet.com. Using any internet capable device, you can quickly enter an application anytime 24/7 at your convenience.

You will no longer have to come to CMHA in person to apply - you can apply anywhere you have internet access - at home, on your smart phone or any location that offers internet access.

Applications will be selected for the Housing Choice Voucher waitlist using a lottery. CMHA will not make a lottery selection before October 5th so to ensure that your application will be in the pool for waitlist selection, please apply before October 5th. The selection for the waitlist is based on lottery, not first come / first served application entry.

Families with children, veterans, handicapped or disabled individuals are encouraged to apply. For more information, please go to CMHA’s website at www.cmhanet.com
