# 401 - What Are YOU Doing To Beat Ohio State This Saturday?

59:46 minutes (54.72 MB)

Tonight on the Show, it's back, THE Game is back, between the # 2 Ohio B*ckeyes (10-1, 8-0) and the # 5 Michigan Wolverines (10-1, 7-1) in Ann Arbor. BOTH the FOX Big Noon Kickoff and ESPN's College GameDay will be LIVE from Ann Arbor on Saturday. Could an upset take place? Maybe, but don't hold your breath. Ohio is an eight point favorite, coming off a 56-7 destruction of then # 7 Little Brother, ending the K-9 for Heisman Campaign. BOTH of the teams they lost to this season got blown out on Saturday (Oregon, who beat Ohio in Columbus on September 11, lost 38-7 to Utah on November 20).

With last year being the first time since 1917 that the Game did NOT take place, this marks the first time since 1903 that The Game is being held in Ann Arbor back-to-back meetings. A B*ckeye win would tie Michigan's 1901-09 streak for the most consecutive wins in Series history.

The winner of this game will win the Big Ten East, and represent the East in the Big Ten Championship in Indianapolis on December 4th.

Storylines for The Game:
- Harbaugh: "We're Playing for ALL the Marbles."
- Harbaugh: "The Playoffs have begun."
- McNamara: "This is why you come to Michigan."
- Can Ojabo & Hutchinson stop Stroud?
- Will Stroud put the pedal to the medal like he did with Michigan State, and last place Indiana, Maryland, & Rutgers?
- Can the Secondary stop the BIG THREE (Olave, Wilson, and Smith-Njigba)?
- Will Corum be able to play?
- Can Haskins shred the Silver Bullets (hey, it worked for Oregon, and helped Minnesota and Nebraska stay in the game against Ohio)?
- Can Michigan "Biakabutuka" the B*ckeyes?
- Will Day put up 100, like he promised in 2020?
- If Michigan gets blown out, does Harbaugh get fired?

Plus, it's Thanksgiving Week!

# 238: Could This FINALLY Be The Year...?

59:50 minutes (54.79 MB)

Tonight on the show, the final word on Headlines for 2017. Plus, a little Thanksgiving. And could this finally be the year that Michigan beats Ohio State? (The B*ckeyes have won 14 of the last 16, with no apparent end in sight.)

The 114th Edition of The Game airs at Noon on Saturday November 25 on FOX.

# 199: "Make College Football Great Again: BEAT OHIO STATE!"

59:44 minutes (54.69 MB)

Tonight on the show, THE GAME (Round 113) as Michigan looks for their first win over the B*ckeyes since 2011, and their first win in Columbus since 2000, in the biggest game of this rivalry since # 1 vs. # 2 in 2006 (a 42-39 B*ckeyes win), with the B*ckeyes at # 2 and Michigan at # 3. What is standing in the way is (a) the questionable Michigan quarterback situation, which we'll be kept in suspense until Saturday morning and (b) Urban Meyer. The B*ckeyes have won 13 of the last 15 meetings (2001-15), after Michigan won 10 out of 13 during the John Cooper Era (1988-2000).

THE Game:
Noon (ET) on ABC
B*ckeyes are a Touchdown Favorite

ESPN College GameDay will be LIVE from The Ohio State:
7AM to 10AM - Outside of the RPAC (W. 17th Ave.)
10:30 to Kickoff - Southwest Corner of The Shoe (inside Ohio Stadium)

PREDICTION(s):
With Speight at QB: Michigan 28, B*ckeyes 27 (Michigan's special teams blocks a crucial PAT; Jourdan Lewis seals the win with a pick; Peppers gets a pick-six and a punt return for TDs; J.T. throws one-play, 70-plus yard strikes to both Dontre Wilson and Curtis Samuel, before getting shut down in 2nd half)
With O'Korn at QB: B*ckeyes 35, Michigan 17 ("Fire Harbaugh" chants start rumbling)

OTHER GAMES OF RELEVANCE this weekend:
Penn State 24, Little Brothers 19
Alabama 30, Auburn 10
Washington 27, Washington State 21
USC 38, Notre Dame 10 (buh-bye, Bryan Kelly; hello, Urban Meyer?)
